Life Cycle of A Prayer

I've noticed the life cycle that lives within a prayer. There is death and rebirth in every prayer. There's the death of an old idea/paradigm and a transition through grace, gratitude, and honesty/humility into reception of the new.

Through declaration or request we align with re-framing frequencies of our highest good and offer our old-selves (hopefully)...(faithfully) on the altar of Love. This is all in response to the whisper of our highest good calling from within us.

It's a present moment expression of awareness that leads to the utmost understanding and allows fresh footing through the release of the old paradigms.

This acknowledgment begets fresh perspective. We get to bow before God in understanding and fully-realized authenticity. Completely vulnerable. Truths that we've carried up to that point are given permission to dissolve and a new platform of reassurance emerges to help us stand, with hearts outstretched toward our next step. Eyes open and hearts ready to receive what's next and participate as needed.

In the request aspect of prayer we go deep into the realms of ourselves and our own humanity and our need to collaborate. We witness our humility as we sit with ourselves and lean on the outstretched hand of God. In that, we're met and uplifted to meet our next. In the declaration aspect of prayer, we sit in confidence of Love's ability to show up. We dive deep into creation and God-desires flow through our hearts.

It's a beautiful moment where we get to own our space and journey up to that point. Held safely at the edge of our vantage point we are empowered, and through this exchange we step out and allow openness and flow. It's a type of openness that will carve out more of our path and clear the channel for free flowing truth and love...directly into our hearts. It's a realignment with our Divinity.

It's a Divine tool and it's separate from simply wanting something. It's resonant with heaven. And in speaking these things out loud, by praying out loud even, it harmonizes our entire body to the most Divine desire. It vibrates us from the inside out and shakes us loose to the wisdom of our next steps. It vibrates the atmosphere around us and as the sound travels it rattles our entire reality in a request and a declaration...an invitation for all of life to harmonize with the true aspect of our Love and deepest calling. It's a divine declaration of readiness and a proposal to participate.

It's an offering, a shedding, and a rebirth in a desire to reconnect with our highest good.

A desire to connect with Peace, Love, and Wisdom; with who we already are.

A Poem About Prayer

In my silence

My knowing of who I am, calls to me

In the whoing of I Am, I breathe

The senses w(rest)le themselves

In alignment with truth

A request

A declaration

In the form of Divinity

It rattles and shakes

It Harmonizes

Humbly we sow

Joyfully we reap
